Kris, the Billing Manager, helped me through the refund process. There were, of course, some exchanges along the way, including an initial refusal to issue a full refund, referring me to the refund policy, and an offer of a 70% refund. I understand that this is protocol they have to follow. However, in a case like mine, I find it rather preposterous that they would even attempt to push back on the refund request. The fundamental issue is that the means by which PeekViewer claims to provide its digital service simply does not work as advertised. There is no legitimate way around Meta’s server-side security measures. Unless PeekViewer has somehow partnered with Mossad, I simply don’t see how the advertised access to information from a private profile is possible. PeekViewer’s competitors are more transparent about how their services actually work: they send a follow request to the profile and hope the user accepts it, which then gives them access to the information. Sure, once access is granted, it may be a useful tool. But that is not what this review is about—it is about my actual experience, or more accurately, my complete lack of one. Save yourself the trouble and keep away from any "Viewers"

They steal your money making charges to your card even after you unsuscribe. Just today I got an email regarding a payment of around 90usd, I haven’t even logged in on the last months and after the same experience in past months I really tried to delete my cardninformation and unsuscribe from them, but they still manage to steal from you. How is this possible?

these guys dont worth your money and time.. it s now almost two month i am waiting for a result and they just cant deliver.and they dont do refunds…

They are scams. They will just steal your money. Just don’t waste your money on this.

Signed up for a three month subscription, was told it takes up to 30 days to retrieve info on a private IG. I kept emailing iver the course of the 3 months to ask about the status- was told they cannot give updates but that they will email the info when it’s ready! Now they tell me refund isn’t possible because it’s over 14 days since I signed up… well, at 14 days they said it would take up to 30 days for the info! I am very frustrated I fell for this and I would say it really seems scammy to not offer refunds!!

OBVIOUSLY I have been in contact with customer support without success. so me posting on this site caught their eye? too late. the site is a total scam, and like I said, I will fight this charge until I receive a refund. Dont try and be nice to me here to get me to change my honest review. If you really want to help, Be nice to the people in your support inbox, I'm one of them. If I could go lower than 1 star I would. Really cant understand anyone rating higher than a 1. It does NOT deliver what it advertises. It clearly says "give us 7-30 days" well I gave them 84. I have received nothing but emails saying "give us more time" or "we're working on it, how about access to another profile?" It also clearly states that there will be no charge until the data is given, but I have no data received and yet there's a charge on my card. When I asked for a refund, they are trying to say it was part of the agreement and that they said they told me it would take time. I'm still waiting for a response when I provided proof that it says no charge until data is given. I will dispute this charge until I get a refund.
