Lisa YARIM is the founder and creative director of Pedalisa Art. Based in Houston, Texas, Lisa launched the first American business dedicated to authentic Turkish mosaic lamp workshops in 2023. Under her leadership, Pedalisa Art has expanded to more than 50 cities across the United States, offering hands‑on classes, private events, and DIY kits that introduce thousands of participants to the beauty of mosaic art. Lisa is passionate about preserving cultural heritage through contemporary crafts and believes that making art should be joyful, accessible and community‑focused. I should confess that I wasnt expecting…
I should confess that I wasnt expecting such a unique and unforgettable experience. Since I am male and not that good at crafting something, we joined this workshop with my family. WE enjoyed a lot. We ate baklava and drank tea which were so delicsious. Each of us now has own crafted Turkish Mosaic Lamp and also saved a unique memory.
