My experience started with the purchase of four Pebblebee cards, in preparation for an international trip. They were placed inside two checked bags, my computer bag and camera bag. I purchased the Pebblebee cards because I have an Android phone and Pebblebee supports Android devices. We were able to track our bags successfully. The process was seamless. As a result, I ordered an additional two cards for a new trip with more bags and two tags for my daughter's dog's harness and leash. The tags I wanted were of a color that apparently was discontinued but one of Pebblebee's customer service staff (Luci) was able to find two tags of that color I wanted. She arranged the special order and now that puppy, Loba, Queen of Dogistan, has two tags that match her royal harness and leash. So, in addition to great products, I can vouch for excellent customer support. I see your questionnaire wants "date of experience". Well, it's a bunch, from June, 2025 through today. The date I'm showing is that of my last order.

A few weeks ago, I lost my house keys in a mall and couldn’t get into my own house. I was panicking until I remembered my husband had put a Pebblebee tracker on them. I opened the app (which looked even better than I remembered) and tapped “I lost my device.” Within minutes, someone texted me. A mall worker had found my keys! I went back to the mall and got them immediately. I just wanted to say THANKS! this little device saved me from a massive headache

I've been using the app for a while now, but since the last few days they made some kind of update and now it looks totally different. I love it so much. My daughter gave me a new Tag and the process to connect is so much easier for me. Huge fan, keep it up!

I traveled from Finland to South Africa, and when I arrived at Johannesburg Airport my suitcase never came on the carousel. There was, however, a very similar-looking suitcase still going around. With Google’s Find My Device I saw that my own suitcase was already outside the airport heading downtown. Thanks to the tracker, the staff quickly resolved the mix-up, and within 1.5 hours my suitcase was returned. I even made it just in time for my bus. Without the tracking tag, this would have been a stressful and much longer process.

I really like the Clip I bought it. The led lights are handy and you can check the battery by pressing the button. So far super happy with my new tracker!
