Product received was not as advertised - was missing parts for intended use. Pearlsvibe did not take any responsibility by sending missing pieces. Their responses to my requests were pure nonsense & did not address the situation. Although I eventually received a 10% discount, the item as shipped was useless.

My delivery is stuck in the “parcel processed at … Sorting Center” since Oct 3. I tried to contact customer service but I haven’t had a response in days even tho on the site it says that they’ll answer you within 24 hours (I’ve sent the email like 4/5 days ago) Update: they won’t answer me in any app, I’ve tried to contact them on WhatsApp and Gmail and they won’t answer. I’ve wasted 30€ for something that I won’t even receive. DO NOT BUY FROM THAT STORE ITS A SCAM!!!

Please please please don't order these products. Like the other reviews say "not fit for purpose " and won't fit a European male nor will it have the power in the motor to do its thing. We purchased the most expensive items they had .... the Aircraft, thinking it was great but it was a complete anticlimax. Ours was broken after a couple of hours and customer service is disgraceful. Its a bot! And keeps asking you circular questions and you get nowhere. Don't waste your money the products design and functionality is dirt and you will be so disappointed. The only thing these guys have to offer is a flashy website..... its a total scam scam scam scam.

After a while of complaining, they said they would reimburse me everything but to send it from Toronto to China is $200. They don’t even have a return label for that product or amount of money that we spend on this stuff.

Pearlsvibe customer service is a… Pearlsvibe customer service is a disgrace!! I have had two items not delivered or maybe left on a doorstep!? But will they help to resolve the situation?? No no no! Also beware….. your package should you be daft enough to order it will turn up in bright packaging that has Pearlsvibe plastered all over it!! What ever happened to plain paper? Maybe just maybe the items missing would still be there wrapped in nice PLAIN packaging!! Steer clear of this poorly run company with a very flash looking website!!!!! I'm very much normally sized man and no matter the amount of lubrication, there is no way I can get it inside this device without it hurting a lot and even then the device doesn't have the power to move at all, so it's unusable. All of the devices are made for Chinese men and don't fit European men standard size. Customer service is horrible as they don't even give you address for returning items, so the 14 day return and cashback by law doesn't seem to be a problem for them. Don't waste your money on these Chinese products.
