I just want to thank the lawyer named Seth G because he was excellent in answering my legal question regarding an appeal to overturned an agreement that was signed against my will. He explained how to write a plea for invalidate a contract due to duress and coercion. Seth G is still standing by to help; to the end of this landlord and tenant matter of mine.
