Customer service was excellent
Customer service was excellent. I had an issue with the delivery carrier. Once I contacted Peak, Cole stepped up and had a replacement sent out immediately. Thank you. I put the sled together and it's awesome.

Cole was super helpful
Cole was super helpful, proactive and communicative in helping me through a warranty claim based on a cracked piece in a sauna I purchased through Peak Primal. His helpfulness turned an unfortunate situation into a much more positive one by securing a replacement part plus a credit for the trouble I experienced. He was friendly clear and supportive throughout.

Great quality overall
Great quality overall! Initially, I thought about buying the cheaper Chinese made sauna online however, I’m 100% satisfied with my purchase from Peak Primal Wellness. The wood is actually sourced from Estonia and you can tell the quality of the wood! 100% recommended it. Next time I think I would go for the 4-6 person sauna from these guys.

Joyce and Cole are dedicated to the customer
Just a shout out to Joyce and Cole. Joyce answered all my needs and was quick to reply. I had a question about the paint peeling on my Harvia M3 and her and Cole contacted the Harvia company to bring this to their attention and actually Cole tried twice to get a remedy for the problem. Very dedicated employee's. Thanks Joyce and Cole. Jim Will

I had an issue with a faulty part and…
I had an issue with a faulty part and Cole from the Peak Primal Wellness team was so accommodating and made sure my issue was resolved with a new piece of equipment in a timely manner. I am more than pleased with the service I received.
