Cole from Peak Primal Wellness provided very good service and was very responsive with all communications. I did not give a 5 star because there were no manuals for the sauna or heater included. Technical support was also very good as well.

I was looking for a product and I found it at Peak Primal Wellness for a great price. After receiving it I realized it was the older model. They helped me exchange for the newer model. The thing that has made me a lifetime customer was the customer service. Anytime I called an employee immediately took the call and helped me through the process. They also maintained updates through text message. I’m very impressed with the customer service of this company. Cole helped me with my exchange and everything was seamless. 100% would recommend to anyone!

Great customer service. Kari took the time to tell me the product was back ordered. She kept me informed on the status every step of the way. When I received the product Kari followed up with me and helped me set it up. I purchased the MOVE+. Great job Kari.

**Austin Air HealthMate Plus vs. Aspen Air Purifier — My Side-by-Side Review** If I could, I would keep both — but if I had to choose, I pick the Austin HealthMate Plus. I can feel that it works. I like how it's built, and honestly, if you can't reach the company to troubleshoot, what's the point of purchasing the product? When I tried to contact Aspen, there was no phone number to call — I could only email, and while they did eventually respond, I wanted to be able to speak to an actual person. I was given a loaner Aspen Air purifier to try, so I've had the chance to run both units side by side — including swapping them between my bedroom and common area to compare. **Performance & Noise** Aspen is reported to be super quiet, while the Austin is reported as a bit noisier. In my own use, though, both units were noisy on their high settings and both were barely audible on their lowest setting. I feel the Austin gives better overall air quality — in the bedroom, it delivers constant fresh air no matter the setting. It draws air in from all four sides (360°), and I have mast cell issues and chemical sensitivities, so this has genuinely made a difference for me. Both units do a great job clearing cooking odors and strong cleaning smells. **Build & Appearance** The Aspen is beautiful and blends well with our decor, but it's made of plastic. The Austin has a steel frame, is the same color, and is much smaller — it looks more like a typical air purifier rather than a decor piece. But the Austin is still cute. **Filtration** Both units use medical-grade HEPA filtration. The Austin's filter also includes up to 15 lbs of a carbon blend — carbon, potassium-iodide-impregnated carbon, and granulated mineral media — aimed at heavy-duty odor, chemical, and VOC removal. The Aspen uses a true HEPA and activated-carbon combination and is built with hospital-grade materials, so its filters are also used in clinical/hospital settings. **Aspen Air — Pros:** - High-performance purifier with true HEPA and activated carbon filtration, strong airflow, and high efficiency - Filters are the same grade used in hospital settings - Designed and assembled in the U.S. - Uses a quiet, efficient German EC fan motor that reportedly runs on about 85% less electricity than the standard AC fan motors found in most other purifiers - Often recommended as a strong option for asthma and allergy sufferers, or anyone wanting top-tier indoor air quality - Independent-style testing cited on their site claims it captures over 99.97% of particles around 0.12 microns (the approximate size of the COVID-19 virus) in a single pass - 6 fan settings vs. the Austin's 3, giving finer control over filtration - Visually appealing, blends with home decor **Aspen Air — Cons:** - No wheels — heavy and difficult for me to move - Twice the price of the Austin - Very tall, which may look odd depending on placement - Plastic construction - No phone number for customer service — email only, and while they did respond, I wanted to speak to a person, especially at this price point - Filters need to be replaced every year, at roughly $288/set **Austin HealthMate Plus — Pros:** - Half the price of the Aspen - Medical-grade HEPA filtration, plus a heavy-duty carbon/mineral blend for chemical and odor removal - 360° air intake from all sides - Steel frame construction - Quiet on the lowest setting - On wheels — easy to move room to room - I've noticed I'm sleeping better at night - Genuinely helpful for my mast cell and chemical sensitivity issues - Filters last about 5 years, roughly $300 to replace - Smaller footprint, doesn't take up much room - Excellent customer service — a real person answers the phone, not AI - Shipped very fast - I feel it filters the air more effectively than the Aspen **Austin HealthMate Plus — Cons:** - Looks like a typical air purifier — likable design, but not as sleek as the Aspen
