Purchased a one-month supply of peptides for $300, which was delivered with absolutely no instructions. The email and website both refer to a support line, but nobody responds to texts or emails. The website looks good at first glance; however, none of the links to the videos explaining how to mix, administer or store the peptides actually work. Overall, I would not recommend this company to anyone. The customer service is atrocious, and the whole experience has been an absolute waste of $299.

Ive been on peptides for over a year and recently lost my supplier and tried peak because they promised authentic peptides but they are weak and trash... I would never order from this place ! Youre pretty much just doing BAC water... find a place that sells quality peptides

Ordered Lipo-C with b12. First one came blood red with b12. LOVED IT. Reordered and the product received was not even pink. It was a light peach color, clearly lacking the b12 I got in the first order. I contacted them and was told the following: Hi Amy, youre correct. During batching the B12 did not dispense at the rate of flow as the rest of the batch. It’s perfectly safe and we'll gladly ship you a replacement, plus enjoy $10 off your next order as a token of appreciation and apology. Use code TP10 on your next check out. Got my replacement tonight and it is exactly the same as the bad batch. This illustrates many shortcomings. But most important, it illustrates the fact that you cannot trust that the product batch was actually analyzed for purity or anything else. A batch should be consistent. That’s why they produce things in “batches”. Simple QA scan would have caught this. If it was, indeed, a mistake. But that didn’t happen. And it didn’t happen TWICE.

This company is fraudulent. They sent me two empty vials one was grow and the other was melatonin two empty vials came. They’re scammers do not use them.

Don't use this company. The order never arrived. Numerous emails and text messages sent with no reply. I was recommended to the company from a friend who received her order fine a month or two ago. However, since there are warnings on the website about delays - and 3 months later, no orders have been dispatched. You've been warned. Go elsewhere. No refunds, no order - taking money at this point for nothing. Shame on this company.
