This is a pretty serious statement to make, especially considering you have never placed an order with me. Would you mind providing some proof or details showing that you actually ordered from my business? I would really appreciate the opportunity to verify this before a negative review is left on my page. Based on what I can see, I believe you may have the wrong business. If that’s the case, I kindly ask that you remove the review from my page and post it on the correct business’s page instead. I completely understand being frustrated with a company when there is a genuine issue, but I’d hate to have my business negatively impacted by a review that may have been intended for someone else. Thank you for understanding. Edit: Surprise, surprise. Still no proof of ever placing an order or being a legitimate customer. At this point, it’s pretty clear you have the wrong business.
