I ordered a sweatshirt on December 1. It is January 13th and I have not received my package. They refuse to refund my payment and keep telling me it’s in our country. I am very disappointed in the customer service. Update: I finally received the item I bought, Quality is good and it looks like the picture. It just took almost 7-8 weeks.

I would reiterate all the negative comments written and would also give this company a 0 if I could. Their customer support department is a joke and they've done nothing to track down my order. Placed order on December 5th and have not received it since. I specifically ordered because it says "Made in USA" but the tracking reflects a foreign company. The poor services gives me doubts about the quality if the products even if it does arrive. Jackie Morse

Hangprint.com alias Banbain trade.com is a scammer and fraud. They advertise as a Melbourne company in AU $ then sell in US $. When the product arrives a month later and it doesn’t fit they don’t do any returns. Plus they withdraw an extra $ 4.35 from my account 3 weeks after order. Waste of money and time to shop here. Be aware!!!
