My (wrong) address issue was an absolute mess, caused by outside issues. I was getting billed monthly and hadn't received my product in a timely fashion, due to a mixup over valid addresses. Once I reached a human at Peachy, however, I got the best customer service I could have imagined. It's a great product making a difference for me. Happy to continue buying this product.

I had my parcel stolen from the entrance of my building, after working out what happened I messaged peachy with all the details and they directly offered to send a new one either at the same or a pick-up location. It was friendly, helpful and makes me want to keep doing business with them.
