This is a true story I looked into selling a structured settlement to peach tree they gave David gave me an offer of that they would take 25% of the settlement I turned it down later that day Christopher called me back and said that the 25% they offered is not an ending point but a starting point and said that I can sign with anybody else because the contract wasn’t binding he said it would go down if I brought him an offer another company gave me that was lower then theirs they would match that exact offer(he lied) he talked a good game and coerced me into signing so I signed , fast forward I found a better offer at JG wentworth they gave me 13.16% offer which is way better then peachtree so I told JG wentworth I’ll sign but I signed with peachtree and that it wasn’t binding immediately JG wentworth said they will not work with me at all , I relayed the message to mike from peachtree and they said that peachtree , Jg wentworth and stone street all work together and there was no need to sign elsewhere , I asked if they would match the offer JG wentworth gave me and they said no and put me in a difficult position now I have to find a new funding company because this one wont match that offer like they promised ripped me off lesson learned DO NOT SIGN ANYTHING DOCUMENTS WITH PEACHTREE I WOULDNT EVEN DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY AT ALL THEY ARE SCAMS AND RIP OFFS ALL THEY SAY IS IM TRYING TO HELP YOU BUT THEY ARE NOT AND WILL NOT HELP YOU BEWARE OF MIKE , CHRISTOPHER ,DAVID

They make telemarketing calls. I ask for the calls to stop, instead they just argue with me. No one wants these calls.

Update: I don't know if my previous lawyer was to blame or not for the refusal to get pre settlement funding or not, but to confirm no one contacted me to let me know why the decision was made to not fund me. I now have a new lawyer at Gallagher Law Group "GLG". My new lawyer is Brenden Gallagher who I retained on December 12th, 2026. I would like the opportunity to reapply for pre settlement funding and maybe my options would change but I can't change the way I feel because I had to call you to get an answer for funding. Old review: I called JG Wentworth and they referred me to Peachtree funding they had me talk with them on the phone then give him my lawyers information they had my lawyer fill out the applications and then I waited they never bothered to return a call to my lawyer or to me and let me know that I was denied a pre-settlement funding for my auto accident which I was not at fault for.

Told these people to stop calling me multiple times then some little tiny man name William Barton who is 26 years old who lives with his mom and dad decided to contact me with his personal cell phone harassed me over and over and over. This is not a professional business this is not a professional company do not do business with this company. If they can't take control over the guys that work for them how can you trust them to do anything professional for you. He sent me pictures of his Rolex to show how much money he supposedly has while he lives with his mom and dad.

Stay away! Far away! Rude No follow through

Seriously, do the math before you do this. Not one person said to 18 year old me, "Hey, did you do the math on that?" I'm in it to these guys for like a half million dollars, and I've received something like 50k over 20 years. Because once I used the first one and was super assured it was a fair deal when it's more like a long term loan with a 1000% interest rate. Really. Do the math. Now I'm stuck in these deals, and there's no way out, but I can warn people. My experience is older than it lets me date, since they've merged and changed names a few times.

Transferred to National Law Suit where no one ever called me for my approval and when I called they couldn’t find in my state anymore. Horrible staff. Horrible professionalism.
