Peach and LilyReviews of peachandlily.com

Look out for the shipping charges, didn’t realise till my order said placed and the shipping was nearly double the price of my order absolutely ridiculous and their policy does not allow you to cancel your order

Purchased the mini protein exosome bioactive ampoule and loving the glow. My skin looks and feels soft, glowy and healthy.

Because I already use Korean skin care, I decided to try this brand and utilize their glass skin routine. There were rave reviews about the plush rich cream. I decided to try a kit first and then since the jar was so small, I ordered an extra tub. I’m also in the desert so I utilize a lot of moisturizer. A little over a month into using the cream and only about a week after ordering my new tub, I noticed that I started to get different types of breakouts and what look like rashes. My skin was slowly turning here and more red. I left a review as such, and I always take pictures of my reviews as they go in. For a couple of reasons. Sometimes companies, suppress reviews all the way, and feel like sometimes the reviews even change. And this seems to be the case with peach and Lily, which is such a bummer. Falsifying reviews or suppressing reviews in any way is such a breach of trust from a company. I would have given other products a try, until having this happen. I have images from my review left and what shows up on the site as well as screenshots of my “customer service”. I did reach out to the company and they just emailed me back saying that they would reach out to the marketing department. And then I haven’t heard anything for two weeks. Of course the company did reach out for me to review my customer service lol. Wild. Never again… and my only advice is buyer beware.

I’ve been a loyal customer of Peach & Lily for over a year, but my recent experience has been deeply disappointing. I’ve reached out to their customer service multiple times — most of those emails were completely ignored. Most recently, I escalated a product issue directly to several channels. It’s now been weeks, and I’ve received no response from anyone. The branding may be beautiful, but a brand is defined by how it treats its customers — especially when approached with respect. Silence speaks volumes.

The worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. Actually I realize that peach and lily does not have customer at all. They only have a dummy customer service email address that they will never reply to. This ought to be illegal. I’ve received product that was opened and used. And I’ve reached out to them several other times for help regarding orders and to no avail. They should be banned from being allowed to operate if they do not have real customer service.

I have reached out multiple times via email to confirm an invoice, but unfortunately, I have received no response. Despite following up several times, their customer service team has not acknowledged or addressed my request. As a customer, I expect at least a basic level of communication, especially when dealing with important matters like invoice confirmation. Lack of responsiveness can be frustrating and raises concerns about the reliability of their support. I hope Peach & Lily improves their customer service and ensures timely responses to customer inquiries. Until then, I can't recommend them based on my experience.

My review is strictly for the customer service and R&D teams. I have been waiting for OVER 2 MONTHS for a response to a product inquiry that I submitted through the Peach & Lily website. The customer service team said that due to the technical nature of the question, they could not answer it and forwarded the question to their R&D team. Weeks went by and NO FOLLOW UP WHATSOEVER from the customer service team. No one reached out to check in with me or to provide me with an update - absolutely zero contact from them. Instead, I was the one who initiated all follow ups. Overall, very poor customer service and response time. Does Peach & Lily think that waiting over 2 months for a response to a simple question is an acceptable customer experience? I am leaving this honest review of my negative experience to inform others, but to also get the attention of the brand's upper management because my request to reach the R&D team or even a supervisor went nowhere when I asked the customer service team. So disappointed with my experience; it makes me no longer want to purchase their products. Their lack of response and follow up made me feel like they don't care about their customers.

I’m in the UK and I order from Peach and Lily because their products are the only ones that have truly helped my skin, every product is fantastic. The delivery is super quick as well, even though I’m ordering from overseas, my package is always dispatched and arrives in 5 days.
