We received a very nice, well built, state of the art pergola. Peaceful Patios are just the middleman between manufacture and end user. We've had several problems with the control system and the communication for a solution has been extremely slow to non-existent. Currently our very nice pergola is completely non-functional and Peaceful Patios have not returned calls or emails. I'd find another company that has customer service. Chris
