I've loved this site the moment I discovered it when someone helped me find a book I needed. It's been a gem. Recently, I'd been pulling my hair out trying to figure out what I did to my computer to not be able to download from the site. I'm grateful to have looked on your site and see I want the only one. What the other reviewers said is indeed the case as of 10min ago. While it's a relief for me (tech savvy more than many but not an expert) at the same time I'm upset these changes have occurred without any explanation. I even emailed them weeks ago, but did not get a response. Very disappointed. Maybe they were hacked or are changing hands. Either way a message to their users would be good practice. I took a second to go back and see there's a brief note on the "contact us" page basically stating their staff is limited due to pandemic (except they used the word "health" instead) and to be patient.
