Thank you for sharing your experience. Our platform used to be a self‑hosted solution that required manual configuration and FTP access, so your feedback reflects how the product worked at that time. Since then, we’ve completely rebuilt the service into a modern cloud‑based flipbook platform that converts PDFs into flipbooks instantly, with no technical steps or hosting knowledge required. Everything is handled through a simple, intuitive admin interface, including sharing and embedding. We’re sorry for the missed reply back then. If you’d like to see how much the platform has changed, you’re welcome to sign up for free and test the new interface. You can also email us at [email protected] — we’d be happy to offer you a massive discount on any paid plan.
