Ordered a Vizio Sound bar from Walmart. Order was shipped through pcRush. Returned the Sound bar and they refused to pay for return shipping. I returned it and still have not received a credit to my account. DO NOT, DO NOT UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES ORDER FROM THESE NIMRODS.

DO NOT BUY FROM THIS COMPANY......THEY HAVE ONE JOB TO DO....AND THAT IS TO SELL COMPUTERS AND SHIP THEM.....THAT THEY DO ...BUT PRAY YOURS IS NOT BROKEN AS SOON AS YOU OPEN THE BOX......IF SO YOU WILL PAY FOR SHIPPING-BACK TO THEM - AND YOU WILL BE GOING THROUGH A PROCESS TO RECIEVE YOUR MONEY BACK-YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED!!

This is literally a scam company!!!!!!! Just read everyone's reviews!!!!!! I have never posted a review in my life that is how bad this company is.

It's the 7th day and they still don't know where my order will be shipped, but to wait 24 to 48 hours before there fulfillment team finds the product . They told me the order has been paid .

Bought a new surface tablet from Jet.com and PCrush filled the order. From the start my tablet was acting up every once and a while and being new to windows i just restarted and it went a way. The problems got progressively worse and is now to the point that I cant turn the thing on. Brought it to the Windows store to get a manufacturers warranty on it and they sent it back to me stating that the table had "evidence of unauthorized service or attempted disassembly; tamper label removed, altered, or disturbed; modifications to internal components; serial number removed, mismatched, or altered." They sold me a refurbished tablet, poorly refurbished at that, and told me it was new. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU WANT A $700 PAPER WEIGHT.

Ordered a $1200 product on 11/9 from PC Rush through NewEgg. By the 13th when it had not shipped or charged, I decided to cancel the order and buy something else. When I requested, they said it could not be canceled because it was in process to be shipped, and would be shipped once processed. Next day; no tracking, no charge, no change. I contacted PayPal Credit and NewEgg for assistance and PC Rush again. PC Rush said they were still in process on the 14th and again on the 15th. But PayPal told me that when they contacted them, they said the item was not in stock!! PC Rush wants me to WAIT for the order to be shipped so that I can be charged for shipping once I refuse delivery.... OF A PRODUCT UN-PROCESSED, UN-SHIPPED THAT THEY DON"T EVEN HAVE IN STOCK!!!! NewEgg and PayPal little help to this point, but this is NOTHING SHORT OF EXTORTION. THIS IS A CRIMINAL ENTERPRISE!!!! STAY AWAY!!!!!!!

Not honoring the order I placed? Yeah, that's not okay at all.

Absolute blatant bait-and-switch. They apparently mispriced a graphics card on Walmart.com. After I paid for it and received my order confirmation, they changed the ad to reflect a different graphics card. I called them to make sure that I was still getting my original purchase, and not this new listing, and they assured me that I would get the card that matched my order summary. Fast forward 3 days and I get the different card sent to me. This is where it get's good. When I called them, I was told that they would send me a return label, refund my money, and waive the restocking fee (as if I would have paid it). I said that I didn't want a refund, I wanted the item that I paid for. I was then told that they do not do exchanges, they only do refunds. Of course. So they sent me the wrong card on purpose, to avoid honoring the price that they listed the original card for. That is dirty, and blatant deception. If you want to see how "professional" they are, just give them a call. You'll talk to someone who is reading a word-track, at a 3rd grade level.
