After all the trouble, Jason Ventura making the mistake of putting the wrong address, the Freight being lost. And now pc Nation wont give me a refund, when they have the money. They now have made another mistake of thinking they sent me a refund, when in fact it was sent back to them. What is this some bureaucratic bullsh**t. Just pay me what is mine. I hope this reflects what kind of business this is! ​ I am only a consumer who payed 3 thousand for a printer, never received a printer, and now lost three thousand dollars. ​ Buyers beware, this only helps major corporations like Amazon to stomp over small business that obviously don't have any kind of satisfactory customer service. ​

Ordered a Viewsonic monitor from amazon on dec. 11. The delivery date kept changing until my order disappeared from my list and UPS hasn't even recieved the parcel. If anything changes ill update this. So far, this feels like a scam. Avoid. Update: they never mailed the monitor and amazon refunded the money. But it was a hassle and I had to work on my tiny laptop screen for 2 weeks (I'm a motion graphics and audio designer & this was very inconvenient.) DO. NOT. ORDER. FROM. THEM.

All you have to do a ship it to the address I had on the order. Now you have it lost saying you won’t approve anything. PCNation had a sale like everyone else, with awesome prices during, black Friday week. Apparent the deals was to good, as I made a purchase and they refuse to fill it or offer a reasonable substitute. If others have experienced this, I am interested into joining a class action against them.

Saying the product would ship in 2 weeks without knowing when it would even be available is bad business. Trash company.

I asked for the purchase to be cancelled while it was two days out from my house. The PCNation rep told me that I had to cancel it myself with FedEx so that it would be sent back to PCNation and I would get refunded. FedEx said they cancelled and it still showed up to my house. I then had to ship it back via FedEx because PCNation refused to create a return label and made me pay for my own return for a product I had asked to be cancelled in advance and avoid a situation like this. I talked with two reps from FedEx and they stated that PCNation was supposed to cancel the order because this type of order could not be cancelled by me, even though I was told otherwise by them. Either way, that shouldn't be my problem. I've yet to receive confirmation from PCNation that my purchased was returned which should've been yesterday. There was nothing wrong with the product I had purchased. I had found a better one that fit my needs. This whole situation has thoroughly pissed me off with both FedEx AND PCNation

Don't matter what you're doing, do not buy from this company. They can't even get down your shipping address properly, then some Rick guy from return department, will treat you like you're the one who is stupid. Don't even waste your time with these folks.

I ordered from pc nation two weeks almost three weeks ago. I was supposed to get my order in three days. I canceled an order from a different company because I would not get my order until September so I paid $30 more to get it faster and it won’t be here for another two-three weeks yet. Sad sad sad. When it should have been here in 3 days like they promised. Now they won’t answer my emails
