I spend endless hours building up to my points to a BLACK DIAMOND (second to last jewel level), I had over 1 BILLION rewards points, that were going to be impossible to claim by the sudden deadline. PCH, Where did you put my over 1 Billion reward points  as entries because you did not give any info in my NEW ACCOUNT about where those entries were applied. Poor way to handle loyal members. I will not waste my time on your new system

I've been entering forever and seems like it's all tokens and no money. Now they have started this PCH membership thing and that seems really shady.. for the last week the pch lotto and app have been down. Sure would be nice to hold that big check but odds are not good

Some I would say at least 40% of their advertising just stays on your screen you cannot get out of it. You cannot click out of it. It goes nowhere if you don’t want to continue to play you need to turn your phone off and then start again and then the next one very frustrating. I like playing the games But the people who just bought PCH need to check the integrity of what they’re putting up or people aren’t gonna play it

I used to play Mahjongg plays until I started to experience unsolicited fake McAfee ads that pretended to scan my computer for viruses and malware. They tell me that my subscription has expired and of course that I have to pay for continued protection. Needless to say my subscription is valid. When running a security check from within McAfee's website it came back with no issues found. A second check with Microsoft Windows Security did not flag anything suspicious either. I have filed a report with the Federal Trade Commission but the issue persists. I confirmed this today when playing again. From what I can tell, PCH does nothing to keep their website safe and instead relegates responsibility by referring you to the FTC website where you can file a complaint.

Where do I begin? PCH used to sell junk items, until they got caught up in their mess. Now it endless scam ads. They get money each time you watch them. Especially on the pch app. Everything you enter, you are bombarded & you are forced to watch an ad. Most of them are scams. It doesn't matter if you enter 9 different things back to back, there will be an ad in order to claim your entry. On several occasions i had to restart my phone just to leave the ad! Then theres countless emails that lead you to the app, but when you arrive there, no mention of the award in the email, zilch! And the so called winners, example: Betty B. from Louisiana, yeh right, might as well be Betty Boop,LOL. You wouldn't ever really know if anyone truly won anything at all. And when they do supposedly, show winners its always nice homes in nice areas, not ever rural areas nor people who really need to win! You can play gazillion times & have gazillion tokens to no avail, not even winning any gift cards, nor a copper cent. I believe PCH is insulting innocent people's intelligence & possibly having a good time doing so. "VIP ELITE" so they say: LOL Sad! But this is the world we live in now.

Let some black people win. I have been playing so long, it gets discouraging, never do I see a black winner

When you do allow the ads to play any PCH game it will FLOOD your screen with a ton of adds which bogs your PC down. I've entered PCH for literally, YEARS, and this garbage comes up. Too bad.
