Don’t bother! PCH is as unethical as it gets! Products they offer are all made in China, customer service is a joke, they’re so called “5 easy payments” they offer is a lie and if you miss one payment they send your account to collections ruining your credit score and as to their sweepstakes and so called games forget it! No one ever wins! I have played for over 30 years (others for longer) and never won anything! The only winners are PCH, anyone else loses from time to money to even having your credit score hit as a result of their unethical practices! PCH needs at least a major class action suit filed against them as well as reports to the FTC and gaming Commision ... but IMHO they need to be shut down! No more people falling for their lies anymore! Stay clear of PCH!

I have been putting my name in for years! Plus my past aunts! No one has ever won! Great game to pass time, but not for real money!!! PCH is a joke!

When calling customer service, I advised of an item that cost me $17.06 that broke after the first use. They say 100% satisfaction guarantee or your money back. This is a complete LIE! They gave me $5.00 back. I stated my disappointment upon canceling all future orders, removing me from their mailing list, and stated I became a VIP this year. Hopefully, my actions will send the corporation a message. That you shouldn't shaft the public consumers. They even tried charging me for items NOT RECEIVED.

Email me everything I bought was garbage

Ever since I wrote a review on the way that the customer service dept had been handling my concerns my game play within the app has suffered. They say the problem is with my phone but it is not the problem. The problem is that I shouldn't have written the review against a company that could squash me like a bug if need be. Well, do you know what? Bring it on. I hadn't planned to live forever. What I said about you the first time was correct. The app sucks and is designed in a way to make sure that you don't want to stop playing. The more you play, the more PCH advertisers have to pay PCH. I'm 59, white male and I do have a record I'm not very proud of. An example of the b s is that I had to reset my password to enter my account and 3 times I tried to change it the app would not let me but it did allow me access to play some games and when I tried to leave that page a malware ad popped up on my screen. It's been doing it since my 1st review. PCH says that you can enter their drawings for free. Get tokens (I have 127,000,000 VIP elite status)and redeem them for more chances to win. Well folks, that's wrong and I know it. The problem is that I can't prove it. I'm not that computer savy, but Blaine at PCH is. He's so smart... He told me how to fix my problem even before I got the chance to tell him what it was. Either a genius or a dumbass. I haven't decided yet. But in this case I already know who the dumbass is... Me, I'll probably regret every word. I do so now even as I type them but I'm not going to let that stop me from maybe keeping a bunch of people from wasting their time by playing in the pch app... Which is a waste of time.

I understand that they say you don't have to purchase anything to be entered but the amount of solicitation to buy things is incredible. I ordered, then I ordered again and now they are trying to get me to order again by mail and email. If I purchased an item every time they request, I will have to win the jackpot so that I can pay for all the purchases. It is like having a full time job reading through their materials even if inclined to purchase something. They really should find a more suitable way to run sweepstakes and select a winner. Honestly, I would like to know how frequently and in what amounts are prizes given. Hopefully, the agencies are keeping a watch on these guys. I am shocked that Wayne Brady would affiliate himself with this nonsense. Ugh!

I wish I could give PCH's customer service negative stars. Horrible. Nearly impossible to contact them. If you can contact them, they misinterpret, misunderstand, misplace, and just plain miss. Your problem is up to you to fix. Don't count on them to provide any assistance. But do, however, expect a prompt email from them explaining that "your issue has been resolved."
