All I want to know is WHY are you constantly BLOCKING the games with ADS!! I'm ready to quit. Its too frustrating trying to scroll around them I dont play the games for tokens. I play for the hand eye exercise. Its very frustrating.

I won $25 about 3 years ago. I basically just play to reach the black diamond level. If I don't win something better I will be disappointed, but I have never won any contests or sweepstakes before. It's a good way to spend down time. I play for fun not profit!

Been using the PCH app for awhile....but it seems that Yahoo has paid them off to get preferential treatment. Their interactive ads are the only ads that do not time out, have a fast forward or exit. Their frequency extinguishes Any enjoyment gained from playing the games!

I just got their set of 2 camping lanterns. I bought them because they run on 3 "D" batteries and I want a light that will run all night and then some, for power outages. AA or AAA lights are good for a few hours at best, even if they are LED's. The compass on top barely moves, you need to tap on it to get it moving. Overall very cheap feeling. Made in China of course. Dimmer switch is jumpy not smooth at all, light jumps brightness levels. At least these were not falling apart like the previous ones I ordered from PCH ( Totally different light).

Of course I never win anything! I have one chance in billions. That's to be expected. What I want to complain about is that any time I buy something, I regret it. The stuff is way overpriced and it won't even work. I don't even buy anything from them more than every month or other month. I bought a pair of containers for sugar and flour and the flour bag is a lot bigger. If it won't fit in the container, what's the point? I have to wait till I take a couple of cups out. I will never buy from or respond to them again.

I had to call Customer Service. I waited on hold 5 - 10 minutes, then the gal was having technical problems with her computer and I need up on hold again for 10 minutes when she transferred me to someone else. I did get my problem solved, finally, for a product i did not want, returned, but got billed for. I wanted to o their survey at the end of my call, but got dropped. They overcharge for their products and shipping (YIKES on their shipping charges!). Some of their products look nice, but others look cheap. How do you find how to call Customer Service? It's hard to find, same with cancelling orders and returning them.
