Scam
Your so called trader tell you to top up if you do to many withdrawals. If any so called exchange asks you to "top up" to access withdrawing then it is fake.

This so called company is a total scam
This so called company is a total scam. Avoid it at all costs. They advertise their crypto AI Bot and channel you to their website. It all seems legit, they walk you through registering and all funds are submitted by crypto online just like any other exchange. But the kicker is they tell you after signing up that you need to deposit more funds to get the bot working in what they call auto compounding mode. They'll let you withdraw small amounts at first, but at some point they will reject withdrawals, then freeze the account. Although it appears to be building up wins nicely and growing your funds, its all a scam. Avoid it like the plague.
