PBX.IMReviews of pbx.im

No support.

Suspended my account, they have not informed me of my case, what has happened and why I have been blocked, I had no emails from them letting me know if something is wrong, even I have barely used the account, made few test calls, because I have registered it upfront prior to company going live. And then they started asking me for some documents which have been sent to you before to register and route my telephone numbers.

It's amazing app.irealy love it

We’ve had an outstanding experience with PBX.IM after porting all our numbers to their platform. As a business based in Singapore, finding a reliable VoIP provider was crucial and PBX.IM has absolutely delivered. Their cloud phone system has been rock solid, and the entire process has been smooth from start to finish What really sets them apart is their top notch support. The team clearly knows VoIP inside and out, and every interaction we’ve had has been fast, professional, and incredibly helpful. It’s rare to find a provider that combines excellent tech with equally excellent service. PBX.IM has been a great success for our business. I have nothing but good things to say!

We’ve been using our PBX phone system for the past year in our Los Angeles car sales business, and it’s been an absolute game-changer. One of the things I appreciate most is how easy it is to self-manage. I was able to set up everything myself without needing to hire any outside help, which saved us both time and money. The system has helped us stand out from competitors in a big way. Our sales team loves the mobile app—it lets them take calls on the go, stay connected with customers, and respond quickly from anywhere. The ability to send and receive text messages directly through the system has also been a major boost. It’s helped us close deals faster and provide better service, which our customers really appreciate. Overall, it’s been a great experience and a smart investment. If you’re running a growing business and want more control over your communications, I highly recommend this system
