looks like yet another scam site.. very few surveys and then suddenly can no longer log in,, email them 4 times, but of course being scammers,, no reply I am now having to track down their office and go visit them . manners improve when its face to face

Starts ok then you find the actual survey required several initial screening surveys which take ages. Then I completed the actual survey and was only credited 5 points instead of the promised 40 odd. It’s a scam. Now the site won’t load at all and I just get a white blank screen. Don’t bother wasting your time.

It started well, with several surveys and extra points for completing tasks. Then suddenly points were not credited for surveys that were completed or they put you in a loop of several surveys. Even if you complete surveys, they only credit you 5 points (equivalent of £0.05). Minimum withdrawal is 2500 points, meaning you never actually manage to reach that amount. Basically, it's a scam.

My account was suddently marked flagged/deactivated while I was in the middle of a study back in November. I immediately reached out to support and was given an auto response promising they are looking into it. But since then, ,despite a couple of email followups fro me, they haven't responded at all. I have over $25 to redeem and stupidly was waiting till close to the year end. So now I can't redeem, and like others, feel duped and scammed.

I’ve had a TERRIBLE experience with Payswell. Just as I was about to reach the withdrawal limit, they suspended my account without any explanation. I contacted their support team, hoping for some clarity, but I never received any response. It’s been days now, and nothing. This seems like a complete scam they take people's personal data, get their opinions, and never actually pay out to participants. I strongly urge everyone to stay away from this app. It’s shady, unresponsive, and does not deserve your time or trust. If you're looking for a reliable platform, look elsewhere. Don’t waste your time or data with Payswell!

This site is where mysoapbox is now going because mysoapbox is closing. Both sites have you answer MANY survey questions and then tell you not qualified. Both sites were/are a ridiculous waste of time. Once I hit the threshold to cash out I am done. **payswell wants a photo of your drivers license to redeem funds. That is NOT ok.

Every survey I complete no matter how far in I am it tells me I'm not eligible and gives me five points. It's frustrating. And always has an excuse for why I can't complete a survey. I will definitely NOT be using it again.

We’re really sorry to hear about your frustrating experience with Payswell. We completely understand how disappointing it is to start a survey and not be able to complete it, especially after investing your time. Surveys often have built-in criteria from our research partners, and sometimes those criteria aren’t clear until a few questions in. When that happens, we award points for your time even if you don’t qualify—though we know that’s not the ideal experience. We’re always working to improve survey matching and reduce these occurrences, and your feedback helps us identify where we can do better. If you’re open to it, we’d love the chance to look into your account and see if there’s anything we can do to make things right. Please feel free to reach out to our support team so we can assist you directly. Thank you again for taking the time to share your experience. —The Payswell Team
