The service is ridiculous. The SLA is 48 hours and you dont get the transfer completed even in 2 weeks. They just have a reply saying we are doing our best and we will resolve it soon.

I am extremely disappointed with the service. I started a transaction 12 days ago. It took 10 days just for the funds to reach the Paypenny wallet, and despite the money being there, the transfer to the recipient's account in India still hasn't been completed. ​I chose this service for efficiency, but 12 days for a cross-border transfer is unacceptable. Never ever use this app ,very cheap services are provided by pay penny I sent money 13 days have passed and transaction has not cleared yet whenever I ask them they say 'we have escalated your issue we have prioritized your transactions by the end of the day your transaction will be cleared ' same excuse again and again other apps are much much better ,they cleared the transaction within minutes or hours but this app has very poor experience.

The paypenny is always making delaying on the payment transfer and I don’t think this is the good app for money transfer.

I regularly use paypenny to transfer money. The money is generally is deposited into my indian account within 48 hours of initiatimg the transfer. They also give better dollar to rupee conversion

I have been using this app for the last 2 years, and it consistently offers the best transfer rates in the market. However, sometimes it takes longer than usual to complete transactions. Despite this, I appreciate the better rates, which is what keeps me coming back. The user interface is simple and works well.
