Extremely Disappointed – App Failed in Emergencies I’m very sorry to say this, but people rely on this app during emergencies—and when the money doesn’t arrive on time, it can cause real harm. This is the third time I’ve had issues. I ended up sending money again through Remitly, which was much faster and more reliable. It doesn’t matter how competitive your exchange rates are if users can’t trust the service. At this point, there’s no faith left in this app for me. It’s been a complete waste of my time and money. Please fix these issues and create a more reliable, comfortable experience for your users.

Worse service ever I see, still transaction not clear, reported to my lawyer will get update soon.

I made a request to add cad 500 to my wallet but by mistake I added 2 times cad 500 and now they r not returning my money.

Employees of this company are lying for 6 days now, doing nothing my Payment is stuck. From past 6 days tomorrow has come yet.. Payment never comes in account. When you ask for money back they say there is no refund policy and no compensation policy. Employees are rude saying "don't ask same questions again, the answer is not going to change" paypenny cheating people.. do not do any transactions with this company.

I had an extremely bad experience with the Peypeeny app. It takes so long time to process transactions and my money still hasn’t reached my account even after waiting 7-8 days, Their service is unreliable and untrustworthy. This app is nothing but a scam – they hold your money and don’t give any proper updates or support. I strongly advise everyone: DO NOT USE THIS APP! Save yourself the stress and use a trusted alternative instead. Absolutely the worst app I have ever used.

Not reliable, its frustrating to get the transactions completed they take 6 days some times (minimum 4 day most of the time) , they have standard messages saying ,we are looking into it etc. We have to track and follow up every single time to transfer money . Its not worth the time nor we deserve these type of service provider in the market , they should be shutdown their service . Consumers are put in trouble . Highly not recommend this app and their service .

Never use this app to send money. its give you better price than google but hold your moneu until price goes down. If you want stuck your money please go a head.
