It has been almost a year since i been using pay penny. It has been a great experience so far. They sent your money to the recipient without any charges.

Quick and easy

This is so annoying to sent money from paypenny waiting from the last 7 days to get the transaction done. No one picks up the call and dumb excuses all the time from them.

They simply do a bluff , don’t trust it

I have been using this app since I shifted to Canada. I never came across any issue related to exchange or transfer from Canada to India. I have got best exchange rate and great experience always with pay penny .

Today I topped up my Paypenny wallet. The top-up showed successful, and even the money-sending process also showed success, so I thought everything was fine. But when I checked my bank account, I saw that the wallet money had been returned back to my bank. I sent the transaction screenshot to Paypenny on WhatsApp. Their reply was that my transaction was not done and that I needed to make a manual transfer. I followed their instructions and completed the manual transfer, but my wallet still has not been updated. When I asked again, they said to wait 1 more day, but I am still waiting. This app charges higher rates than other apps, but the service is very bad and not trustworthy. If you have time to waste, then maybe you can try sending money through this app. Otherwise, don’t use it — it is not reliable and has no respect for your time or your money.

Paypenny is very convenient to use as it gives and better rate then every other money transfer app
