I had made a Transaction and it was supposed to be urgent. It has still not been processed after 10+ days and they kept asking me proofs about my transaction like bank statement. I provided it to them still they kept giving generic responses that the transaction will be done. But now they say that money has not reached to our account and ask your bank for refund. It clearly shows that they have my money and they are not processing it. Absolutely ridiculous service, do not use this service

Please do no transfer from paypenny, they will keep the money for 2-3 weeks and then deposit the money..only prons is that it gives a better rate than Google,otherwise no other benefit..think before using this app. They will also make you fool by saying that if you give good review ,it will be transferred within 24 hrs,however it won't work and will still take 2 weeks..I have given 1 star as it gives better rate then Google.

For me its really bad experience i will never use it again they are taking a long time for processing any transaction even they got a fake review from me as they said if i will do a good review then i will be in their priority list which helps my transactions to be completed within 24 hrs but all of this is fake i am texting them everyday for my own money but its stuck in their app even i am not able to cancel it, don’t use it really make a trouble.

The transaction rate is good. It could be great if the transaction time is immediately

Rates are much better than other apps, and the customer service is also very fast. Hope to get the transactions quicker .
