Christian thank you for your feedback. We’re sorry to hear this was your experience. Once all required information was received, your application was approved within two business days. Throughout the process, our team communicated via calls, texts, and emails of which you responded to. A full fee schedule was provided at the time the boarding agreement was signed. I was accepted then after doing tons of work integrating it into our site only to find out by mistake that I was being cancelled. Thank you Gabriel M for the amazing help. This review would have been horrendous otherwise but he pulled through to help me try and find an acceptable processor. He went beyond the scope of his role there. He should be an account manager as I would definitely work again with the professionalism he showed.

We had a very smooth onboarding experience with PayKings. The approval process was clear, communication was fast, and the team explained each step without unnecessary back-and-forth. Our account manager was responsive and helped move things forward efficiently. Everything was handled professionally, and we always knew what the next step was. It’s refreshing to work with a provider that understands complex business models and keeps the process straightforward. So far, a solid experience and a good start to the partnership.
