Amazing Support
Once we planned our migration from our previous software Paygration/Pete has been there every step guiding and giving vital input in an effort to get us to where we needed. We are very appreciative of the solid support even to this day over a year later.

Easy to work with and very knowledgeable.
Easy to work with and very knowledgeable. Pete helped us migrate onto QuickBooks Enterprise when we purchased a new company and gave excellent advice before, during and after the migration. Then we get quick and accurate help with any changes we need to make. Very easy to recommend them for reseller expertise.

Pete had been more than helpful with us…
Pete had been more than helpful with us moving Quickbooks to a hosted environment. Would recommend these guys any day of the week. All our questions have been answered and the response time had been great.

Initially skeptical, but have been proven wrong!
I was initially hesitant to use a Quickbooks reseller, but Pete proved me wrong and has been great to work with. He always answers the phone or responds to my emails promptly. We have several businesses and Pete has helped us set up numerous online licenses in addition to our growing desktop licensing needs.

Hey Jared - Thank you for the great review! It's funny that you mention the reseller part because people don't initially understand what we do as a "Solution Provider". When they realize that they get a team that they can call for anything they need with QuickBooks - and that it is all FREE - they usually get pretty excited and wonder why they didn't know about it sooner! Glad we could help and let me know if we can do anything else for you!

Smart Choice
I have used Quickbooks for a little over 25 years. Needed to get current on payment options for our consumer. I do not have a lot of time to chat about new services but Pete was so patient with me and never pressured me or hurried me. Gave me endless information and educated me the whole way. I was very skeptical but he has made our transition so pleasant. He is always there to help me out no matter what. Best choice!

Hi Katherine! So glad that we were able to help. We are big believers that it is better to take your time and make sure that your decision is the right one. then to jump in quick on the wrong decision and have to backtrack. Sounds like we were able to make the right one for you!!

Great Customer Service Experience
Pete has been very helpful in providing QuickBooks references and guidance. I am very appreciated. I also want to thank Caesare from Intuit data services for helping us repair our company file like magic. Intuit is fortunate to have them both.
Response from PaygrationJun 25, 2022
Thanks Marisa! Your QuickBooks company file integrity is everything so I am happy that we were able to get you set in the right direction and Caesare was able to get everything repaired. Let me know if we can help with anything in the future...
