I keep emailing for help. No one ever answers back on their help chat. Been over a week trying to get this done. I had to use ChatGBT to help me because their AI bot is the single worst I've ever seen. And now I get a notice that they're all gone for a holiday and I needed to show this to investors. And I keep telling them to NOT CALL ME. I can never understand what they're saying to me. Their accents are so think and it's extremely frustrating. I was told I would get a week to try this out before I was charged. My site still isn't up. I've asked for help several times and no one helps me. I have to use Chat GBT for everything. So far a horrible experience not happy. And I've sent several emails tonight and I even know I'm wasting my time. All they'll ever say is LETS GET ON A TEAMS MEETING OR ZOOM. When I tell them exactly what I want and give them all the time to make the fixes. They never fix anything.. All they ever want to do is setup a call to speak to someone else who never calls, or I cannot understand.

Hello - I was using this online merchant - I created 12 invoices withing one month for the services rendered to my clients. The clients got the link from "paybito" and they paid via credit cards and ach payments. In total it was a $750,000.00. When it comes to payouts - the merchant "paybito" wouldn't answer my calls, along with over 120 emails following over 342 calls. I have screen shot of all the conversations, invoices, voice notes and email communications. they then sent a message asking for over $12,000.00 to release my money. Someone please help me share this company online. They told me during our initial calls that they were based in California, later discovered they are in India and use different names in personas. Names like Neil, Aaron, Harry, Michael.. Each fake persona would play different rolls. I have reported them to the FBI - VIsa< AMEX and Master Card. I am trying to find another ways to report them for our government to help me het my money back and end them. My name is Tunde, and I am based out of Atlanta Georgia. My cell phone is 404-205-9000. Left out key details when asking about the product. Didn't let me know all the details before purchasing. during setup I was told I needed a domain to proceed. I was told pre purchase it was not needed, I was told the CC fee was between 3.5 and 4.5% plus the $149 month. After the purchase I was told that there is also a $1.00 per charge on top of everything else. Then ghosted me and never called back. I asked for a refund and was ignored.

This is scam with fake reviews. They scammed me, stole my money, and never returned it. Their support team does not respond.

My experience with PayBitoPro left me very uncomfortable, and I ultimately decided not to proceed with their service. Rather than respecting my hesitation as a potential customer, I felt pressured to make a payment and was repeatedly reminded that I had supposedly committed to purchasing a membership. When I decided not to move forward, the conversation became unprofessional. I was called “a confused man,” told that they don’t deal with people like me, and that I was a “total waste of time.” I believe any customer has the right to ask questions, conduct due diligence, and change their mind before making a purchase. I am not making any claims about whether the company itself is legitimate or not. I am simply sharing my personal experience with their customer service and sales approach. For me, the high-pressure tactics and disrespectful communication were enough to walk away. In addition, after reading numerous online reviews from other customers, I became even more concerned. I came across complaints alleging fraud, difficulties obtaining refunds, and claims that products received did not match what was advertised. I cannot personally verify those allegations, but they reinforced my decision not to proceed and to look elsewhere. I encourage anyone considering this company to do their own research, read reviews from multiple sources, ask plenty of questions, and make sure they are completely comfortable before sending any money.

Desde el primer día dejamos claro que la plataforma de pago que necesitamos es la vuestra propia y NO con las que trabajáis de stripe y PayPal. Nos indicáis que sin problema y después de hacer la cuenta y pagaros la mensualidad de 150€ nos decís que aún no la tenéis activa vuestra plataforma de pago. Haven't been able to log into my platform. I changed review. Back this site is difficult and the icon that pops up is annoying. Its useless and this site over the TOP difficult. I have 9 different buy and trade accounts. This one is a complete overwhelming joke. I think they think the more info the better however once you are logged in Big deal it goes no where just crap...I will seek a refund today... which im sure wont be forthcoming.
