We have checked our records, we have no conversion with anyone named Jimmy Smith, and we also checked you keep leaving bad reviews and call everyone racist in other 1 star reviews. Looks like you keep adding fake reviews yourself and blame others

I can’t download my documents online, the website is user friendly but certain functions don’t work. I needed to speak with someone today but even the live chat is off. Where is the customer support?

I have no idea how Uviba has 4.5 stars? They have our funds and refuse to pay them out because 'Stripe held their funds'. We trusted Uviba with our payments and funds, not Stripe. If we have to try and recover our money from Stripe then why on earth would we use Uviba? We even tried to settle and ask for at least 50% back and forgive 50% as a loss to us for no reason but they even refused that. If you operate a payments company then startups trust you with their money, don't shift the blame on to third party companies, you should honour the payments to your customers. Your own problems with other companies are exactly that, your problems not your users. I have absolutely no clue how you get away with this and how many other companies have lost their money. P.S. I see you have two Trustpilot accounts (also shady for a brand) so I'll post this there too. Update 1st August 2020: Uviba chose to report my review to Trustpilot for violating their guidelines, I used your company, you still have our money, we had a contract with you. Instead of taking shady actions to get the review removed, it would have been far better and more honest of you to actually publically respond to my review and solve the issue. All you have done now is made the issue worse. If you create a 3rd Trustpilot page, I'll leave the same review there so other users have an honest and genuine review to their advantage before using Uviba, that is the purpose of Trustpilot reviews, to allow honest reviews not just positive reviews which suit you.

You have connected already restricted Stripe account, and Stripe froze your funds and then you blamed us instead of Stripe. You should leave this review in Stripe Trustpilot, not ours.

I was first not sure to use Uviba but when I talked to their customer support service I got impressed and integrated it into my site. Now I am very happy with Uviba.

Uviba has morden plugins. There is no risk while you are using it. Great process and co-operative staff.
