Wish I could give ZERO stars. I waited forever for my order and when I never received and update or response, I looked for legit reviews and I knew I’d been scammed. I had to go through my credit card company to assure my funds were returned. If I wrote more, I’d only be reiterating the other reviewers. The emails I received were exactly what they received. The customer service isn’t. Do not buy from this site.

Wish I would have seen the reviews before I ordered. I ordered on Mar 20th 2020 so I sent a message to cancel on May 15th and got no response until May 20th saying my order had been shipped. Then I received another email on May 24th once again saying my order had been shipped. The tracking number they gave me obviously doesn't exist because I called the post office to check on it and they said there was no information on that number. I then sent another email to them on June 1st and haven't heard a damn thing from them. I tried to find them through the better business bureau but didn't have any luck. Not sure what my next option is but there's got to be something I can do about it. I want my money back!!

ordered in March then hadn't received it so emailed to cancel then on may 14th got email back saying to late to cancel that it's on it's way. Have not received my purchases yet and it's June 6th. they Suck.

It has been 2 months since ordering my item. They won't return my emails but keep sending me emails that says don't worry your item with ship soon but I can't respond back. Their communication and speed are TERRIBLE! Don't waste your time or money.

Terrible customer service didnt care one bit about my order. Also order the beggining of march and after contacting them twice arrived in june and the collars which I ordered mediums are the sizes of belts that fit around my waist and I'm not a small girl

I purchased the Listen to the Wind wind chime in memory of my dog who passed. WASTE OF MONEY. Not impressed. Took a month to receive. It came totally knotted and took nearly 15 minutes to un-knot the cheap string they used to hang the pieces. When I picked it up to hang it up it knotted up again. PIECE OF JUNK - NOW IN GARBAGE. Save your money and go to a dollar store. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS WEBSITE, IT’S A SCAM. I saw an ad on Facebook that they were going out of business and were selling everything they had in stock. Upon ordering I received a confirmation email of my order plus a letter that said it could take 1-3 weeks for my items to be shipped because they custom make everything and it may take longer to get my whole order together. That immediately gave me a bad feeling considering they were supposedly “getting rid of what they had in stock”. It’s May 20th and I haven’t received anything yet. I’ve emailed them twice and get the same generic reply of “due to our unusual high volume of emails we will reply within 24-48hrs” but they never do. There is no other way to contact them unfortunately and I can’t find them on Facebook either to write a review. Their regular website doesn’t say anything about them going out of business, just says about the sale going on with the same things that apparently they never run out of. I’ve read reviews that they charge you $10 monthly so I’m watching my bank account like a hawk. I will take it to my bank if they do charge me because I will not allow this scam of a website to take $10 from me monthly. DO NOT BUY FROM PAWWS.COM.
