Moyen car place à l'amélioration
Difficile d'effectuer des changements via le site Web et erreurs (grammaire, orthographe) en français; pas possible d'indiquer des heures d'arrivée et de départ, par conséquent le prix est facturé par période de 24 heures même si votre animal reste quelques heures.

Merci de votre commentaire. Nous sommes navrés que vous ayez pu voir des fautes sur le site, nous allons vérifier cela et faire les corrections appropriées. Concernant les gardes, vous pouvez indiquer l’heure d’arrivée et de départ directement au gardien. Vous avez également la possibilité de réserver la garderie de jour, qui n’est pas une garde de 24 h, mais bien une garde de plusieurs heures, en journée. Nous prenons cependant en compte votre remarque concernant plus de flexibilité quant aux choix des horaires de réservations et la possibilité de réserver à l’heure. I cannot wholly recommend the site to…
I cannot wholly recommend the site to other pet sitters. The site controls are rudimentary and suggested technical improvements have not been made in my entire time using the site. I don't know what the 19% cut taken by Pawshake is spent on, but it doesn't go towards improving the site, that's for sure. Also, the admin might decide to randomly suspend your account for any reason. On the other hand, the visibility to potential clients is good. I haven't had any problems with pets or clients so far.

Besides technical maintenance and development, the Pawshake contribution is also spent on marketing to attract more pet owners to our pet sitter's profiles, transaction and network fees for payments and sms notfications, insurance, as well as customer support and sitter success staff. We are here to help you and other sitters 24/7. Unfortunately, I couldn't find a sitter account under this name or I would have loved to contact you directly, but if you contact us or let us know under what name you registered, we would be more than happy to discuss your ideas and feedback with you :-) I can also assure you that we never suspend anyone randomly - we have certain security procedures and always send out notifications if a sitter's profile is affected. First experience was ok.
Easy process to set up and pay for services. I have used only 1 pet sitter so far over several visits. They understood and knew how to behave around my dog. However, my dog didn't take to the sitter even after a few visits. I also had to treat my dog for flea bite allergy after the visits.

I think the platform can be improved…
I think the platform can be improved dramatically, I could not cancel my reservation myself nor just changing the dates. The Sitter that I talked to 2 days ago was not in control as well of cancelling or making any changes. The Canada site support closes à 6PM which doesn't make sense if I have an urgent issue. The Sitter got more reservations after our conversation no longer willing to keep my dog at a price tag of $ 420 24hrs nonrefundable. If Pawshake fix my dilemma by tomorrow I will make a better review. meanwhile I am stressing as I am leaving the country tomorrow. I finally got reimbursed the next morning as an email was sent to me at 4AM. I was very happy with there decision but they really need to focus on there website to make it easier for new and returning customers.

Confusing directions.
Their instructions regarding accepting payment outside of their PawShake platform are confusing. They are unable to handle charging for more than is shown in the very basic outline. You have to handle this yourself, even though the PawShake contract states you are not to accept any payments outside the PawShake account. Confusing. Hope they get it fixed soon.
