For the first time, my old cat (16M) had to be catsit, as all our friends and family were on vacation during the same dates. I then tried Pawshake, and the booking was really easy. There is a free meet-and-greet with the catsitter I approached, where we determined she was indeed a good fit, and she took great care of our cat! She came everyday at the same time (he has to take medication), fed him, cleaned up, and spent time to pet him and play. We got lots of pictures! It was truly a worry-free experience, and I will surely use their services again in the future.

The app is easy to use. Cristina is really very nice. My babies were taking care of in their own environment. Top!!!!!

First we weren't sure for the service as our normal route is a cattery during our holidays. Unfortunately, this time it's the last minutes decision to go and the cattery is full. But with a gradual process, our sitter gets to know our cat and its routine plus our property. She did a great job and update communication was bonus for us to feel at ease. Highly recommended.
