Our cat-sitter was a godsend! Kim's obvious love for animals was evident the moment she came for a meet and greet and immediately bonded with our cat. She has a great insight into animal psychology and knew how to build trust and make our cat feel secure with her. She is also an overwhelmingly qualified pet care specialist! With a background in veterinary care and animal welfare work, I don't know if we could have found anyone more qualified to care for an elderly cat with special needs. The fact that she was also professional, responsive, and an excellent communicator, giving us frequent updates while we were away, made for a thoroughly satisfying customer experience. We'll be using Kim's services again!

Website and app is easy to use. The process is good in terms of putting you in touch with available pet sitters who have profiles for you to see and previous recommendations too. The app format means you get consistent updates on your pet.
