Zeer tevreden over onze eerste ervaring met een kattenkoppen via Pawshake. Geen stress meer voor onze Maine Coons met de reismandjes, andere katten in het pension, ander voer, etc. Gewoon lekker thuis in hun eigen omgeving met elke dag vers water, voer en een schone kattenbak. De bemiddeling verliep vlot. Volgende vakantie doen wij dit zeker weer!

Le site sort vraiment du lot avec un vrai descriptif et des photos du pet-sitter qui permettent de commencer à savoir à qui on a affaire. Et la commission qu'ils prennent sur la rétribution du pet-sitter est plus modérée que d'autres sites qui ne sont que des panneaux d'affichage. Mes expériences diverses de garde de mes chiens par le biais de Pawshake ont été très positives.

Pawshake une bonne critique sur la façon dont ils ont géré le problème. J'ai réservé une gardienne de chat pour visiter ma maison pendant deux semaines, mais elle est ensuite partie en fuite.

Despite having a disappointing experience of booking a cat sitter I am giving Pawshake a good review for how they handled the problem. I booked a cat sitter to visit my house for two weeks but she then went AWOL. After I cancelled the booking I contacted Pawshake to get a full refund since the sitter had not even come to do the required meet and greet. After a few difficulties due to my U.K. phone number having 11 digits making it initially hard to find the booking, they dealt with it promptly. They even expressed worry about the cat sitter as this was not usual behaviour for her.

Using the company meant I could hand pick my favourite possible sitters, who were interested, then with that shortlist see who I felt best fit the role based on their experience, reviews and/or any other commitments they may have had. The crucial stage is the meet and greet where, for me anyway, my very nervous dog happened to gel to my sitter immediately! 💕 The sitter looked after my Greyhound, who I’d rescued only a matter of 8 months prior, for the 6 days and 5 nights whilst I stayed at Bath Hospital as an inpatient. My only other alternatives were, at best, to board her in someone else’s home, or board her in kennels; this would have caused her unnecessary stress and confusion. A sitter from Pawshake was definitely the best option 💯 for my dog by a mile, and for any dog with similar ‘nervous disorders’ such as separation anxiety, or nervousness around others, especially ’noisy’, dogs etc.., I will definitely use them again for future residential hospital appointments/stays, expected in the New Year.

Laura was een hele fijne oppas voor onze pup Mila, alles verliep heel goed en Mila heeft enorm genoten van het spelen met Odettje ! Een fijne opvang en echte aanrader, bedankt !
