Deceiving company, only a platform not adding much value and taking a large commission. Ultimately if you have any issues, the cat sitter is employed directly by you (not Pawshake), this is clearly explained and has implications. I suggest you find the cat sitter and employ him/her directly to avoid 25% commission to Pawshake which is not deserved.

Vi hadde en veldig koselig kattepasser og har ingenting å utsette på henne. Pawshake derimot vil vi aldri bruke igjen. De reklamerer med trygghetsgaranti, men når katten vår ble alvorlig skadet under passet, dekket de plutselig ingenting som beskrevet før kontraktsinngåelse.

It’s a con - why? They do not restrict the number of dogs/cats a sitter can have. Here in Amsterdam I have two dogs, both need to be the only dogs. Over 20 contacts with diffrent members who had open and available calendars rejected a booking enquiry, why? They want more than two dogs, one women said she had 5 or 6 at any given time….. this is a major issue, firstly anyone who has a dog that suffers from stress could be forced into staying with more dogs. Pawshake also does not insist on licenses, nor vaccined dogs, so your dog could catch anything from so many other dogs. Also dog fights and aggression. You don’t know what your dog will come across. All sitters are now pack em in and earn ad much as possible with an illegal kennel, you have made your app full of greedy unqualified people pawshake. It was not like this several years ago. Now money grabbing sitters

Rubbish communication. Have wrote to them several times wondering why my account was de activated after previously using that account for about a year. I then tried to create a new account but that has not been activated either. Still have not heard back. Do not recommend.

App and account not working. No way to delete account. Instructions in help are not consistant with app and website.

Awful service, customer care unqualified. Other platforms are much better.

Ho ripreso il mio cane (bulldog francese) dopo un soggiorno di 5 notti. Era stranito e ho subito pensato che fosse per lo sballottamento da una casa all’altra, poi arrivando a casa mi sono accorto che oltre ad avere la pancia abbastanza gonfia (avendo sicuramente mangiato del cibo non solo suo) , aveva la faccia con dei graffi evidenti anche vicino agli occhi alcuni profondi causati dal gatto della dog sitter la signora Anna. Consapevole del fatto che la signora avesse un gatto in casa avevo espressamente vietato il contatto diretto dei due animali domestici per evitare appunto situazioni simili, la signora non ha rispettato la mia richiesta dicendomi che i graffi se li è causato da solo giocando con una bottiglia di plastica del the...assurdo! Non prenoterò mai più un soggiorno per il mio cane su questo sito Pawshake. Dopo aver speso 75€ per questo soggiorno Non esiste neanche un mezzo di comunicazione con il supporto tecnico se non lasciare delle semplici recensione che non verranno di certo prese in considerazione!
