Hi Ana, Thanks for your review. As per our email correspondence, you should have received a full refund by now. Just to clarify the event you are referring to - you informed the pet sitter the day before the booking commenced that your cat needed medication. The pet sitter was clear that this was outside the scope of what she could manage, as your cat was not yet used to being medicated (particularly by an unfamiliar person). It is important to always have these discussions at a meet and greet and to let your pet sitter know all your requirements in advance. We're sorry that the booking didn't work out, but it's for the best that your pet sitter was honest and upfront about what she could and couldn't manage. Warm regards, Jack Pawshake support

We are continually improving features on the Pawshake website, including the ability to match quickly with a pet sitter and the use of the calendar. We are continually improving features on the Pawshake website, including being able to match quickly with a pet sitter and managing sitter availability. Sitters who don't reply in a speedy manner are automatically unpublished from the website, however, we understand that we still have improvements to make to this process. Hopefully, we can fix this issue as improvements are made to our calendar and search feature, however, your feedback is very useful for us in knowing what to prioritise next.
