Great service and our cat carer was superb. I did have some frustration getting registered on the app.

The process was very easy, but you don't have enough categories. We wanted pet sitting in the evening for 5 hours, and its not listed. Brianna was great.

Have found good cat sitter through your app but app could use improvement with functionality Also, I would prefer if police checks were required for pet sitters I did book with one cat sitter who I question their integrity (no review left for this sitter since I had no proof of incident, attempted cat theft shortly after this sitter attended my home) The current cat sitter I use is excellent and trustworthy but I would be reluctant to use an unknown person without police checks in future

The app and website are not great, but ok. They could improve this a lot and make it more intuitive and offer bookings every other day, not just solid blocks of days as some pets don't need visits every day. However, the service is good and works well!

Easy and convenient way to find a reliable dog sitter.
