Terrible! They claim it’s hand drawn but it’s AI. The “drawing” looked nothing like my dog and when I asked for specific fixes, it came back exactly the same. It took an extra 5 days for the “fix.” The shirt is a gift and had I known they just weren’t going to fix anything, I would’ve just confirmed it and gotten the shirt sooner so I could at least have something to gift on time. I DO NOT recommend!

I ordered 2 shirts as a mother's day present this year. While the material of the shirts are fine enough, I was disappointed by the design. It was obviously AI generated which was not disclosed upon check out, and the shirts lacked any uniqueness. Any imperfections that make our pets look like our pets, were left out. The shirt just looks like it has *a* cat rather than *my* cat. My brother ordered from here a couple years ago and we LOVED the result, hence why I ordered again, hoping for the same quality of design. I was quite disappointed once my mom opened the package. As a consumer, this company should advertise their AI use as to properly set expectations. If i knew this was going to happen, I would've sent my money to real artists for better work.

So far, I am not happy with communication. I have emailed multiple times with no response, and I tried calling the number but it does not work. Starting to wonder if this company is a scam.

I was told over a month ago that “Hanna is working on my drawing today. You will receive it in 3-6 business days.” I have not gotten any drawing. They will however, spam the heck out of you by emailing junk everyday. I didn’t unsubscribe because I was waiting for the drawing. I will now.

I chose this vendor specifically for their production and shipping times so I could receive a gift in time for Christmas. It took 5 days just to get my first proof, which had an error on it (their mistake.) The corrected proof came a few days later and then they falsely marked the order as shipped 3 days before the USPS received it. Now the item is set to arrive a week after Christmas and I only live a 90-minute flight from them. Such a disappointment.

Do not order from this company!!!! Best case scenario, they have terrible customer service and crappy products. Worst case scenario, it's all a scam. I immediately replied to the emailed proof with some simple edits. They responded 12 hours later (after 9pm) and said they would send a new proof. I never received a new proof. 12 hours after that (9:00 the following morning) I receive an email saying that my order has gone into production and can no longer be edited. What?! I never approved a proof, or even received a revised proof. I immediately emailed them but never received a reply. My only option now is to dispute it with my credit card. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!!! ETA: their reply is BS. I just received a response that the email saying my order went into production was sent automatically and they're still working on my 2nd proof...nevermind that they posted the charge to my credit card a week ago and they've been working on the 2nd proof for days. They responded to my negative review (with pure nonsense, BTW) in an hour but it takes them more than 12 hours to send one line email responses. Again, DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

I never got it. You sent to wrong address; I don’t live or work in the city you sent it too.
