Christopher is awesome
Christopher really seemed to understand the problem I was having with my baby and his teeth. He was able to understand my problem and gave an explanation on why it was happening and instruction on how to stop it. I’m excited to try his advice. It was clear and precise information and instruction on what to do. I am very pleased with his instruction. I am truly grateful for his advice and instruction

I haven’t reached the part of training…
I haven’t reached the part of training I need yet. Like making them not go crazy and jump on people when a visitor comes in. They do get walks and hunting for treats. They certainly know how to relax.

Andy loves people but bites dogs
Andy loves people but bites dogs. Launching himself at people is annoying even if the person says it’s okay.

Cancelation and Refund
I submitted a request to cancel a monthly subscription fee that I was not aware of and to my surprise I was contacted by their customer service agents the very next day. Not only did they apologize and cancel my subscription but they also refunded the previous months I was charged. I contacted by more than one agent and was never given the "run-around" like so many other companies. Paw-champ not only understands the benefits for great customer service but practice them to the highest degree. I am so overwhelmed by their service I am now willing to see what other products/services they offer as I want to reward them for their superior service. Great job Paw-champ team and keep it up!!!
