As many others will attest, this is a pretty little con job. Sign up for a month, then, after 30 days an automatic payment of (in my case) £39.99 was taken from my account. I immediately, within minutes emailed Paw Champs requesting a refund and a termination of membership. I received an immediate reply from the lovely Lisa, asking the reason for my request. I replied using the reasons above. I received my very final and somewhat patronising reply, explaining that my refund did not meet their very "fair" reasoning for complying with my request. It is obvious to me from the number of negative reviews for the same reason, that Paw Champs rely heavily on customers innocently signing up unknowingly for this automatic payment. At the rate they are taking money off innocently ignorant people, they will not need to be in business long. Con men/women beware.
