Videos are helpful
So far, most of the videos have been informative and helpful. I will be curious to see if anything I have learned, once put into practice, will make a difference in training my pup.

I like the summary of tips
I like the summary of tips. I find this the most helpful. Many of these things I already do and it helps me to learn/clarify some things I do which may need to be corrected.

Matching words to lips is not
Ok The talking does not match their lips. It's just wierd.

Issues Resolved Swiftly
The content is good, but I was charged without advance notification. No simple way to stop monthly my subscription. I had to reach out to customer service. However, they promptly cancelled on my behalf and offered to refund me the contested charge. All very swift and professional. Customer service was excellent.
