Experience Resolved, But Concerns Remain

UPDATE: After posting this review, I did receive a refund — which I appreciate, and I want to be transparent about that. That said, the process was frustrating. Before the refund was issued, I was asked to update or remove my review — which just contributed to the bad customer experience. Fortunately, it seems the refund was already being processed by another department, which made that request moot. I’d like to believe they would have done the right thing either way, but I can only speak to my experience — and in this case, it took public pressure to get a resolution. As I shared with them directly, I don’t believe this kind of customer experience builds long-term trust. Just a heads-up to future customers: their “risk-free” plan may not be what you expect. In my case, I was charged the full subscription amount despite not logging in or using the service at all. It’s a good reminder to always read the fine print carefully and not assume flexibility, even when the marketing implies it. I’m glad this was ultimately resolved, and I hope the company takes this kind of feedback seriously as they continue to grow.
