Knowledgeable and kind
Nancy was kind, listened well, and gave me good resources tailored to my dogs unique needs. She was empathetic and encouraging and never made me feel dumb for my dogs destructive behaviors. She was knowledgeable and very prompt in her responses.

Off to a great start!!!
I just got the app today and already gained great insight on helping calm our dog so he could feel more relaxed. April was great in walking me through the process and giving me both suggestions and articles to read with suggestions to try with our dog. Looking forward to the process.

Nancy was amazing
Nancy was amazing! Gave me several great suggestions on trainings, walks and toys. I really felt she was concerned and wanted to help! Would love to work with her again! ❤️

Great customer service
They helped me figure out what the issue was with my plan. I had misspelled my email, but they kept helping me until we found out what the issue was and were very patient with me and responded in a timely manner. Great customer service.
