It's a Subscription Service
I have BPD & ADHD and am very impulsive when 'shopping'. I saw the Pawchamp advert on Facebook for a 1 month trial for £19.99. I didn't see anywhere that it was a subscription so thought I could try it for a month. I couldn't focus when trying to watch the videos as the woman seemed robotic and her mouth was out of synch. The videos could actually have been 10 mins long as it was just repetitive. I only watched 3 in all as I was just fixating on how the trainer was speaking. The first I knew of the subscription was when I checked my bank and saw a payment for £39.99. I immediately emailed Pawchamp asking for a refund as I hadn't signed up for a subscription. I also checked PayPal and saw that there were subscription payments listed. I cancelled that. I also received an email back from Pawchamp that was 'copy and paste' the same responses they give on here. They did tell me they have cancelled my subscription but as for a refund. I have raised a dispute with my bank. The Facebook offer is very enticing and quick paced offering this trial. Don't be suckered in!
