Jenna took time to LISTEN...that's most important and once I explained the situation with my new rescue Findlay we were able to iron out my concerns and she provided the links that would be most helpful in making him feel more at home with me and my partner. SHE'S A KEEPER

I would be lost without the ability to…
I would be lost without the ability to chat with experts through this app. It has completely changed my life and my dogs safety and happiness. I feel in control and guided every step of the way. I am so grateful for this help because, before I was just watching Radom videos and unfocused. Being able to get daily feedback on specific, daily changes is a game changer. I usually do not follow through with apps but this one is EXCELLENT.

Customer service quick to resolve my issue
I had managed to sign up for a free trial without realising. As I hadn’t realised I’d done so I didn’t give it anymore thought until I was charged a subscription fee. Having received what was likely an auto response to my first contact, referring me to the T&Cs i reached out publicly and the matter was resolved to my satisfaction. They also gave me a couple of helpful looking training PDFs as a goodwill gesture, which I thought was very kind. Though I can see that the materials look well put together and that there is a genuine product for subscribers (many reviews are positive) a subscription service isn’t something that I can commit to at this time. I can however confirm that customer service is quick to respond when there is an issue and thank you to Emily for your help.

She was very responsive and focused…
She was very responsive and focused right in on what seems to be causing the issue for my dog. The suggestions she gave me seem realistic.
