April was incredibly helpful and patient.
April was incredibly helpful and willing to stay on the chat with me as long as I needed. And I had a ton of questions! I'm very thankful to have immediate support like that. It will make all the difference in not becoming overwhelmed. She even offered to be around tomorrow to get an update and help to continue.

The immediate empathy of Anna
The immediate empathy from Anna, whom I was so fortunate to have on our case created confidence I had made the right choice. Anna wasted no time in understanding our problem and diagnosing the cause of 'Dolly's severe separation anxiety disorder. She prescribed a clear treatment plan, and her instructions were easily understood. At the same time, Anna allowed me to question and to check that my understanding was correct. Anna so expertly created real hope, and the expectation in me of 'Dolly's' recovery and to her leading a happy and relaxed life. Anna motivated me and encouraged my belief in the success of the treatment plan. Thank you so much Anna
