I would give this zero stars if I…
I would give this zero stars if I could. The app is a total scam. They trick you into a multi month subscription. The app is not easy to use and I learned nothing from It. DO NOT sign up for this!!!!

Continued charges outside of trial with no communication about this
I signed up to this in January for the 3 month trial. At the time there was no app and it was tricky to use. I never completed any of the training or modules as I had forgotten it even existed. Despite having a 0% completion score, the company continued to charge me at full price for subsequent months following the trial. I received no notifications, emails or communications about this at all and they are refusing to refund anything. I feel this is very misleading and would therefore not recommend this company.

Awful customer service
Signed up for a month it wasn’t clear I was signing up to a subscription. Now payments keep coming out and email correspondence with the customer service team states subscription has ended. No offer of refund. I wouldn’t recommend this service simply for the customer service alone.

The program itself was too basic to be helpful- stuff you can easily find free online. Trying to get a refund is ridiculously hard. Just a waste of time and money.
